Multi-Million Dollar Producer
As a 4th generation Ocalan, I have seen many changes and am very familiar with the development and growth of the most beautiful area in Central Florida. After graduating from the University of Florida, I worked for 3 years in Washington, D.C., for a Florida Congressman and then made my way back to Ocala. I've been in real estate sales for 25 years, and as a broker-salesperson, I personally work and represent each listing that I have. I feel a strong responsibility to each seller I represent to do a complete and accurate job of marketing. Also, I have an understanding and empathy for buyers' needs and make sure the buyers' needs and wishes are matched to the right property. A Realtor has to understand not only the needs of buyers and sellers, the properties available, but also the different facets of financing. My background adds to my expertise in all of these areas.
The best thing about being in real estate sales is the people you meet -- the new friendships that develop from the close association buyers and sellers have with their Realtor.
